Die Volksschule Antonigasse nimmt in den Schuljahren 2019/20 und 2020/21 am „Erasmus+ Schulbildungs-Projekt“ teil. „Erasmus+ Schulbildung“ unterstützt grenzüberschreitende Kooperationen zwischen Schulen und fördert die Vernetzung, Weiterentwicklung und den Informations- und Ideenaustausch von europäischen Lehrpersonen.

October 2019 – Institut Notre-Dame des Hayeffes (Belgium, Mont-Saint-Guibert)

The aim of this activity is to provide students with a set of tools that allows them to develop knowledge of themselves by having confidence and feeling good about their identity. To know each other and their differences (relationships) and thus feel good with others. Get involved in a social life and thus make commitment. In essence developing their emotional intelligence. Pupils can personalise their toolkit and use it at school but also outside, in everyday life. This tool would enable them to identify their state of mind or their feelings and tofind, if necessary, one or more concrete solution(s) to improve a negative feeling or reinforce a positive feeling.

November 2019 – January 2020: Schulzentrum Antonigasse (Austria, Vienna)
Task 1: Well being – Creation  of  tools  to  manage  difficult  emotions

• Step 1: PRE-Questionnaire
  82 pupils (6-10 years old) and 4 teachers took part in project task 1
  Everyone started with an online-questionnaire about their knowledge of emotions
• Step 2: Introduction of the topic
  Book „The Colour Monster – a story about emotions“ by Anna Llenas in three different languages: German, English and Spanish
• Step 3: Lesson Work
  Classroom talks about:
  – What are feelings/emotions?
  – What makes you feel …. and what’s your reaction
  – Emotional self-regulation
  – Colours and emotions
  We laid the focus on the following emotions: happiness, sadness, anger, fear, calm, love
  Emotion jars:
  – 1 jar for every emotion: Thinking about the emotional state every day + put a sticker on the correct jar
  Arts:
  – Map of emotions, Colour monsters, Spin art painting, Gallery of emotions
  Music:
  – Songs about feelings & emotions
  Field trip – “The Albertina Museum”
  Open day at our school in cooperation with “Wien Museum” → Movement and emotions
• Step 4: Tools to manage emotions
  – Booklet for your emotions
  – Soul Space
  – Stress balls
  – Movement during breaks as compensation
  – Relaxation exercises

• Step 5: POST-Questionnaire
  Everyone closed with an online-questionnaire about their knowledge of emotions
  Results:
  – Increase of knowledge about emotions
  – Gain of tools for self-regulation of emotions

March 2020 – Colegio Sagrada Familia (Spain, Valencia)

•  Promote the importance of having a balanced diet and of healthy habits
• Understand the nutritional pyramid and integrate it to our eating habits
• Know about eating disorders and raise awareness about their consequences and how to avoid them
• Generate knowledge and experiences on the local and regional agri-food sector
• Strengthen the awareness of regional and seasonal products

The actual implementation of the project was started in summer term 2020, interrupted and adapted due to COVID-19, resumed and finally finished in winter term 2020.

March 2021 – FSP Lernen, Schule im Erlich (Germany, Speyer) – digital project

The project was started in summer term 2021, adapted due to COVID-19, resumed and finally finished in winter term 2021.

There are fewer and fewer opportunities to be really creative as an individual. Instead pupils areconsuming rather than creating. When they do creative projects in lessons, they are often heavilymanaged and seldom address skills that they really need to develop. For the rapidly changing worldthat these next generations will face, it is very important to build skills that enable our children to deal with those challenges, encouraging creativity to promote a sensitive, flexible and original imagination. Pupils will be encouraged to explore themselves through media of their choice with as few guidelines as possible regarding the process and the resulting product. Methods to consciously shape and reflect on the process will be given. Pupils‘ work will be shared internationally via a virtual reality exhibition.

März 2022 – Sacre Coeur Wien Währing (Wien) – bewegte, aktive Klasse

Endlich durften wir unsere Partnerschulen in Wien begrüßen. 22 Lehrende kamen zu Besuch und wurden von den Schülern und Schülerinnen voller Freude in Empfang genommen und durch unsere Volks- und Mittelschule geführt. Sightseeing in Wien durfte nach produktiven Arbeitsphasen des pädagogischen Austausches nicht zu kurz kommen.
